With a number of high-profile players already starring in European leagues and with a young core of young talent in mind, the Illinis are in good company.
The current crop of Illini players are often referred to as the ‘Illini kids’, but there is more to the group than just a young crop of talented players who are ready to contribute to a new generation of Illinis.
With this in mind the Illens should be looking to see the future of the team by looking for players who can bring the same level of professionalism to the team and the Illinos’ future.
Illini coach Tony Gazzini says that the Illinas are already looking at how they can add the younger generation to the squad.
“We’ve got the experience of having players of that age and experience.
We know the squad that we have.
We’ve got a lot of young players that are ready.
We want to have the same experience, the same talent.
We’re going to work with the best, the best coaches, and it will be a challenge,” Gazzin said.”
I don’t think the younger players are going to be playing for us.
It’s not going to happen, it’s not even possible.
I think there are a few that are going there for that reason.”
Gazzini believes that the players already playing at a high level have been able to help with the transition from a youth academy into a professional environment.
“The Illini Academy is a big thing.
They are the first time a national team has got to have a academy and they’re going very well,” Gizzini said.
“I think it’s very positive. “
It will be an opportunity for us to get more of the young players playing, because it’s a good opportunity to improve. “

It is going very, very well.”
Gizzini also spoke about his expectations for his young squad.
“It’s going to take a little bit of time.
We have to be very careful, because I think the more the better.””
We’re going into the season with a lot confidence.
We have to be very careful, because I think the more the better.”
