Fluorescent lighting is an excellent way to brighten up the night in LA, but it’s not quite as fun as it sounds.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the city is looking to create an entire nighttime city to replace its old light-show city.
The city is working with the developer of an urban luminary that would feature a large array of lights that would illuminate the night sky, from the horizon to the horizon.
The luminary would also be able to provide the nighttime experience of a cityscape in the middle of a dark winter night, and would provide the glow for people to enjoy in the city.
In the future, the lights could be used to bright up streets and parks as well.
The Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Department has also been exploring a nighttime luminary system.
The idea is to create a new nighttime lumination area that would include more than 30 acres of parks and trails, as well as the surrounding area.
